I thought I’ll give it one last shot. So glad I did. This program saved my life when I didn’t really care if I woke up the next day.

My Journey

My own transformative health journey sparked my desire to help others. As a former professional educator, I experienced the toll of stress, putting the needs of others above my own and neglecting self-care. This led me to explore various holistic practices, nutrition, and mindfulness, which not only rejuvenated my energy but also sparked my passion for integrative health and wellness as well as my desire to help others who, like me, have often neglected their own total wellbeing while caring for others.
